Do you offer warranties?

We provide a 30-day warranty on labor and service calls. Any additional warranty information will be in regards to the manufacturer of your product. For more information, contact us today.

Can your technician contact me at a different number and we meet there?

Yes, we can call you on an alternate number and allow up to 30 minutes for you to return to the home and meet with the technician.

Do you offer weekend service?

Yes, we offer weekend service hours. Our office hours on Saturday are 8: 00 a.m. - 12:00 p.m. You cannot call for an appointment once the office is closed. We are closed on Sundays.

Do you sell, buy or trade appliances?

No, we only perform in-home repairs.

Where is Aable Appliance Service?

Our trucks are in all areas daily, and they are dispatched from our centrally located office in Louisville, KY.

Why isn’t my refrigerator cooling?
Due to the nature of how a fridge is designed, the entire system relies on its cooling system and cannot be easily diagnosed without a technician looking at the unit. Call Aable Appliance Repair to schedule service.
Why does my dryer take so long to dry?

Try unhooking the vent from the back of the dryer, being sure to not place anything over the vent cover. After doing this, run a load of towels. If the towels dry in the regular time, your problem is a clogged vent, and you may need to contact a vent and duct company to clean the vent.
